Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our event and entertainment company. This is a commission-only role, offering an exciting opportunity for motivated and skillful individuals to thrive in a highly rewarding, performance-based sales environment within the vibrant events and entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans specific to the events and entertainment industry.
Identify, nurture, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts within the events and entertainment sector.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities, within our CRM system.
Leverage networking, cold-calling, and other lead-generation techniques to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, event planning, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.
Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the events and entertainment sector.

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role within the events and entertainment industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Commission Structure:
This is a 100% commission-based role. Our company offers competitive commission rates based on performance, with unlimited earning potential. The commission structure will be shared with candidates during the interview process.
